BASAR Policies & Participation Guidelines
BASAR is a calm, non-clinical environment created to support reflection, grounding, and subconscious integration. The following policies exist to protect the integrity of the space and ensure clarity for all participants.

BASAR provides non-clinical facilitation and self-guided experiences designed for personal reflection and internal awareness.
BASAR does not provide therapy, counseling, medical treatment, or psychological services
No diagnoses, assessments, treatment plans, or clinical interventions are offered
Services are experiential and reflective in nature
Participation at BASAR does not replace care from licensed mental health, medical, or emergency providers.

By booking or participating in a BASAR session, guests acknowledge and agree that:
Participation is voluntary and self-directed
Experiences may include silence, guided prompts, sound, tonal layers, subtle frequencies, or environmental cues
Individual responses vary, and outcomes are not guaranteed
Guests may opt out of any activity at any time
Guests are responsible for choosing what feels appropriate for them and for communicating personal comfort levels.

BASAR facilitators do not:
Provide crisis intervention or emergency support
Diagnose or treat mental health conditions
Offer medical or psychological advice
If a guest appears to need clinical or urgent support, BASAR may recommend outside resources or referrals.

Listening Sessions (one-on-one) require advance booking
Self-guided or facilitated experiences may be available as walk-ins, subject to availability
Session availability, duration, and structure are determined by BASAR and may vary.

A late cancellation is any cancellation or change made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session
Late cancellations and missed appointments are non-refundable
Guests may reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
Rescheduled sessions must be completed within the timeframe allowed by the booking system.

All services are non-refundable once delivered.
No refunds are issued for:
Late cancellations
Missed appointments
Partial attendance
Discomfort arising from voluntary participation

To maintain a calm and intentional environment:
Shoes may be removed in designated areas
Silence or low-volume presence may be encouraged
Phones and personal devices may be limited during sessions
Guests are expected to respect the space, facilitators, and other participants at all times.

BASAR reserves the right to:
Refuse service when boundaries are not respected
End a session if safety, respect, or policy adherence is compromised
In such cases, refunds will not be issued.

Participation in BASAR services indicates understanding and acceptance of these policies.
