The BASAR Experience
What to Expect
BASAR is not something you rush into.
It is something you arrive in.
The BASAR Experience is designed to slow the nervous system, soften mental noise, and create space for internal clarity before anything is asked of you.
❋ Intentional Structure
We blend guided moments, open exploration, and space to reflect—so the experience feels both focused and fluid.
❋ Expert Facilitation
Led by experienced facilitators who know how to hold space, encourage participation, and keep things moving with purpose.
❋ A Supportive Space
BASAR is not about becoming something new. It is about remembering what is already present when the noise quiets.
*Arrival & Transition
From the moment you enter BASAR, the environment is intentional.
Guests remove their shoes upon arrival as a symbolic and physical transition out of the external world and into a quieter internal state. Disposable socks or slippers are provided depending on the length of your visit.
This exchange is not about rules.
It is about signaling safety, cleanliness, and care.
*The Environment
BASAR is designed to feel calm, grounded, and neutral.
*Stillness as a Practice
The BASAR Experience emphasizes stillness, rest, and sensory awareness.
*Experience vs. Sessions
The BASAR Experience is the container.
Sessions are what may take place within it.
Some guests come simply to sit, rest, or regulate.
Others engage in structured offerings such as breathwork, sound, or guided experiences.
Not every visit includes a session.
Not every session looks the same.
*What BASAR Is Not
BASAR is not therapy
BASAR does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions
BASAR is not a replacement for clinical care
BASAR exists alongside therapy and wellness practices, not instead of them.
*Who the Experience Is For
The BASAR Experience may be supportive for individuals who are:
Seeking quiet integration between therapy sessions
Experiencing mental or emotional overload
Looking for a non-verbal, non-clinical environment
Needing space to slow down and reconnect internally
You do not need prior experience with meditation, breathwork, or wellness practices.
*Respecting the Space
Because BASAR is a shared environment, we ask guests to:
Move quietly
Silence phones
Respect the privacy and presence of others
This is part of maintaining the integrity of the experience for everyone.
How It Works
-
Select the offering that feels supportive in this moment. Some visits are guided. Others are simply time to arrive and rest.
-
Sessions and open experiences are booked in advance to protect the calm and pacing of the space.
-
You’ll receive a brief welcome packet outlining what to expect, what to bring, and how to prepare for your visit.
-
Upon arrival, phones are protected, shoes are exchanged for provided socks or slippers, signaling a shift from the outside world into stillness.
-
There is nothing you need to do. Simply arrive, settle, and let the experience meet you where you are.
