Verbal Processing Sessions
A supported space for clients to speak freely without analysis, advice, or interpretation.
Mirror Sessions
Facilitated reflection sessions that support self-awareness and internal clarity.
Integration Journaling
Structured time for written reflection and integration.
Subliminal Grounding
Audio-supported sessions designed to promote relaxation and settling.

Sessions are facilitated to maintain safety, pacing, and environmental consistency. Facilitation is non-directive and does not involve therapeutic techniques.

Clients choose whether or not to engage with these elements. No guided therapeutic techniques are administered.

Need clinical mental health treatment
Are experiencing acute psychiatric distress
These individuals should be referred to licensed medical or mental health professionals.

Providers may refer clients as a supplemental, non-clinical resource.
Referrals do not replace therapy or medical care.

BASAR does not bill insurance directly.
Clients may use HSA or FSA cards at their discretion and should consult their plan administrator regarding eligibility. Itemized receipts are available upon request.
