    BASAR does not provide:
    • Medical treatment
    • Mental health therapy
    • Diagnoses
    • Crisis intervention

    Services are not a substitute for licensed medical or mental health care.e

  • Clients must be 18 years or older to book or participate in any session.

  • • Appointments must be booked in advance
    • Payments are processed securely through Stripe and/or Square
    • A deposit may be required to secure your appointment
    • Deposits are non-refundable
    • Remaining balances are due at the time of service
    • BASAR is not responsible for third-party processing errors

    BASAR does not determine eligibility for HSA/FSA reimbursement.
    Clients are responsible for verifying coverage with their provider.
    Itemized receipts will be provided upon request.

    By completing payment, you authorize BASAR to charge your selected payment method.

  • • Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance
    • Late cancellations forfeit deposit
    • Same-day cancellations are not eligible for refund
    • Clients may reschedule within policy guidelines
    • No refunds for completed services

  • • All services are non-refundable once rendered
    • Deposits are non-refundable
    • Missed appointments are not eligible for refund

  • • Participation is voluntary
    • You assume full responsibility for your experience
    • BASAR does not guarantee specific outcomes
    • You agree to communicate personal limits

  • BASAR is not a crisis service.

  • • Clients must follow BASAR Boundaries
    • Respect staff, space, and other guests
    • Disruptive behavior may result in service refusal
    • BASAR reserves the right to refuse service

  • • Client privacy is respected
    • Information shared is not publicly disclosed
    • BASAR follows reasonable confidentiality practices
    • Exceptions apply when safety is at risk

  • • Charge disputes must be handled through your bank
    • BASAR will provide receipts upon request
    • Fraudulent disputes may result in service refusal

  • By booking or entering BASAR:
    • You confirm you are 18+
    • You understand BASAR is not therapy
    • You accept all policies
    • You agree to the Boundaries
