The Sessions
Sessions at BASAR offer a structured space for listening, reflection, and integration.
Each experience is shaped by presence, pacing, and autonomy. Some sessions are facilitated, while others are self-guided. All are held in a calm, non-clinical environment designed to support clarity without pressure.

How to Begin
Each session at BASAR is designed to meet you where you are.
There is no “right” choice. Some people need stillness. Some are unsure and choose quietly.
*Use the guide below to help orient your choice.
To support stillness and presence, shoes and phones are left at the front desk.
BASAR is a no-phone space by design — a quiet threshold where interruptions are intentionally set aside.
Each session is unhurried and respects your natural pace.
